Everything was well-maintained, wonderful and absolutely fantastic hotel. New-fashioned room and high-class with bath and shower. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Great and very special location in a lovely San Sebastian neighborhood, elegant style building. Again, walking distance to Ategorrietako Ate Gorriak.

The attention to detail at this elegant hotel was superb. The large deluxe room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and had a luxurious bathroom. The comfortable bed and soundproofing made for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist in making restaurant reservations. The neighborhood of Gros was a great place to explore, offering a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of local charm. The complimentary bikes provided were a helpful way to navigate the city. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's collection of international Basque artwork and the high-quality bathroom amenities from diptyque France.
While the hotel's dinner menu didn't meet the standards of the local gastronomy, the disappointing room service options were overshadowed by the excellent recommendations from the staff for nearby restaurants. Additionally, the lack of a garden area and air conditioning in the main lounge were minor drawbacks.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the old town where I enjoyed delicious pinxos. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful grounds. I especially loved the art collection throughout the hotel, adding an extra touch of elegance to my stay.
The only minor downside was the lack of diversity in the breakfast options.

The complimentary drink at arrival and the Xmas chocolate in the room were a nice touch. The location was ideal with easy access to the main attractions. Also, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options.
The room service menu was very limited and disappointing. It was also frustrating that there were no dinner options available on site during the Xmas holidays.
